Custom Bespoke Bracket

A couple of weeks ago a wonderful couple - Janet and Dave approached us with a request for 2 folding electric bikes and a trailer so they could keep their furry friend 'Betty' with them when they are on their travels. They loved our 20" Eovolt folding bikes but Eovolt do not manufacture a bracket that allows a trailer to be fixed to the bike ... so we made one!
The team at Life On Wheels have great engineering skills so, what follows are pictures showing the evolution of this 'one off' bracket designed just for 'Betty'!😍

Tired Bearings

Not what you want to see when you pull a hub apart for new bearings!!! This @fulcrum_wheels hub did sound particularly horrific though!!! Don't let tired and worn and noisey bearings cause major issues! Get them sorted sooner rather than later 👍

Bespoke Build - Titanium Finishing Touches

Final pieces going onto the ultimate Kingdom Bike titanium build. Bottom bracket from Chris King Precision Components USA (taped the @bee_kay77 way!) With PTFE tape and Interflon UK Ltd grease, all assembled and torqued with Park Tool blue sockets and Snap on torque wrench and finished off with the Cane Creek eeWings cranks and Burgtec chainring.
